PICKLING
Our production facility is equipped with a fully automated chemical pickling, phosphating, and polymer lubrication plant, with constant monitoring of chemical baths. Our coil-to-coil sandblasting and inline sandblasting systems ensure perfectly smooth and clean surfaces.

We have sixteen production lines for drawing wire or bar stock. Each step is monitored in real time by our operators and by the automated production management system to guarantee a high-quality product, suitable for cold forging or die stamping and surface treatments.
We offer a full range of dimensions from 1.5 to 40 mm.

We produce all types of drawn wire and bar stock from 1.5 mm to 40 mm. In addition to the standard formats, we produce square, hexagonal and half-round bar, custom profiles, as well as material cut to customer specifications.
